Meet Our Team

Amanda Lapina
Executive Director

Amanda oversees all operations and program development, implementing strategic initiatives, and working with partners to grow the organization. She has over 20 years of experience working in healthcare advocacy, labor management relations, leadership and contract negotiations. She has a strong passion for engaging and empowering front line healthcare workers
so that they can have a voice at work and ultimately help to improve the quality of care they deliver. She received
her degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Health Policy and Administration and a minor in Gerontology.

Brandon Cleary
Operations Director

Brandon is the Operations Director for Frontline. He has over 10 years of experience in online education for adults, logistics, and data management. He oversees the day-to-day operations, and is also responsible for the company’s data management, equipment, and vendor relationships. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Westminster College.

Miranda
Enrollment Specialist

Miranda is an Enrollment Specialist for Frontline. She has an extensive customer service background and loves working with people to help them succeed. She has been a part of many leadership programs, including a mentorship program with the Pittsburgh Zoo. Her goal has always been to help people thrive in whatever they choose to pursue. As Pittsburgh natives, she and her husband are always trying new restaurants around the city and love attending Riverhounds games.

Mari
Enrollment Specialist

Mari is an Enrollment Specialist for Frontline. She earned a BA in Public Service and Global Affairs with a minor in Business Administration at Gannon University. Mari enjoys administrative work and recognizes how vital it is to any organization’s success. She has sought out nonprofit employers as their missions align with her values, working in higher education, politics, and healthcare. In her free time, Mari volunteers as a tutor/teachers assistant and enjoys Pittsburgh's arts and culture scene.

Ashley
Enrollment Specialist

Ashley is an Enrollment Specialist and a CPR instructor for Frontline. Ashley moved back to Pittsburgh in 2021, where she held positions as a certified phlebotomist and a medication administrator. Ashley also has a background as a financial specialist, and over 10 years experience in direct care work. Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter and her family in Pittsburgh and North Carolina.

Kyle
Enrollment Coordinator

Kyle is the Enrollment Services Coordinator and oversees our great team of Enrollment Specialists. He was a Program Specialist with The Training and Education Fund for about a year, and prior to that, he had worked almost 10 years in the Nonprofit field doing mostly Adult Education work. 

Kyle has a B.A. in Sociology from Johns Hopkins University, and though he went to school in Baltimore, his passion for Pittsburgh sports has never wavered. He and his wife are all die-hard sports fans and enjoy going to football and basketball games together.

Lynelle
Foundational Skills Coordinator

Lynelle has over 25 years of combined experience in Mental Health counseling, workforce development, career coaching, and counseling. She is a certified life coach. In all capacities she has served in, it has always been her mission to empower individuals to not only reach their goals, but to ensure they are knowledgeable in how to reach those goals. On top of her professional accomplishments, she is a lover of the performing arts, a singer, and published author.

Jaymie
Data Specialist

Jaymie has been with Frontline since its inception, beginning first as an Enrollment Specialist before earning the position of Data Specialist in 2022. With 10 years of customer service experience, data management, and operational know-how, Jaymie brings a unique perspective to the role to ensure her internal customers are just as well taken care of as the external. Assisting in day-to-day operations as well as working hand-in-hand with everyone from Enrollment Specialist up to the Directorial level,  Jaymie isn't shy of a little hard work. When asked about how she feels about her job, she proudly replies with "I'm Jaymie Greives, and this is my favorite job on the Citadel."

Lauren
Project Manager

Lauren is the Project Manager of Specialized Training for Direct Care Workers. Previously, she worked as a Program Specialist on the Long Term Care side of the organization. Lauren holds a BS in Education from Temple University and has worked in early childhood education for many years, while caring for her own children. While working as a Special Instructor for Early Intervention, providing strategies and coaching parents to help their children reach developmental milestones, she discovered her passion for Adult Education. Most evenings and weekends, she and her husband try to divide and conquer all the activities of their 3 school-aged children, and wouldn't have it any other way!

Michael
Regional Coordinator
(West PA)

Michael has over 30 years of multi-disciplinary career experience from Pizza Boy to Safety and Compliance Auditing and Teaching for US Airways Express / US Airways Mainline / American Airlines. As a Regional Coordinator, his work rekindles Michael's passion for working with others to promote the greater good in all those around him. Michael enjoys his family and friends, classic movies and movie stars, theatre, music, and a great cup of coffee.

Mela
Regional Coordinator (Central PA)

Mela is the Central Regional Coordinator and has been with Frontline for over 5 years in different capacities. She has over 15 years of experience in professional Psychology practice, Mental Health services, and teaching. She worked as the primary certified psychologist for a student population of 5000 at the National Technical University of Costa Rica (UTN) where she also taught and oversaw programs that ensured access to education for vulnerable populations, including students with disabilities. She enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family and visiting Costa Rica every time she can.

Katrina
Instructor

Katrina is a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience in healthcare. Ten of those as a CNA. She specializes in long-term care, Neuro, and ICU nursing. Known for being a nurse's nurse. Katrina is passionate about high-quality care and believes all healthcare workers should have access to education they need to perform their role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and two children and advocating for healthcare.

KerriLynne
Regional Coordiator
(East PA)

KerriLynne is the Eastern Regional Training Coordinator. She schedules the training sessions for Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and Philadelphia counties. She is certified in American Heart Association Basic Life Support. She has over 15 years of experience as an instructor, with 5 of those years instructing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. KerriLynne has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Manhattan College. 

Marti
Instructor

Marti is a certified CPR Instructor for Frontline. She teaches CPR classes throughout eastern Pennsylvania. She has over 20 years of experience in Workforce Development and building community partnerships. Marti holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University.
