Barbe Conrad
Executive Director
Barbe Conrad oversees all operations and program development, implementing strategic initiatives, and working with partners to grow the organization. She has 21 years of experience in health care delivery as a clinician and director in behavioral health, both in the outpatient and inpatient setting. She then began a new career and has worked for 18 years as a Lean Quality Improvement Specialist, working throughout the country as a Lean educator and coach. She is a curriculum developer for both Frontline and The Training and Education Fund, where she is also the Director of Innovation and Growth.
Barbe has a Master’s of Education in Health Education from The Pennsylvania State University.
Brandon Cleary
Operations Director
Brandon Cleary is the Operations Director for Frontline. He has over 10 years of experience in online education for adults, logistics, and data management. He oversees the day-to-day operations, and is also responsible for the company’s data management, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Westminster College.
